Zoga is addressed to everyone who wants to achieve freedom of movement and better position their body in space. Thanks to these classes, you will feel pleasant relaxation in your body and an increase in the range of movements in places that were previously limited. This method uses, among others: yoga asanas and maps of Anatomy Trains.

Pilates on the mat is a dose of strengthening, but also elements of stretching the entire body. During classes, we only use a mat or small equipment (ball, weighted balls, Pilates hoop). Perfect activities both at the beginning and at the end of the day.

During stationary classes, I work both on large equipment (such as a reformer) and on a mat. The list of studies in which I am currently accepting admission is available by e-mail.
